Who else is ready for the weekend?! I feel like this SWEATSHIRT is needed for me!
My mom is overly happy about having her first grand-daughter. She kind of went crazy the other day at Macy’s getting Elisabetta dresses!
The days over here are LONG and CRAZY, but I am so grateful. I seriously have debated getting a door mat that says “shit show” on my porch to warn people! LOL! But, I am so grateful to be home with my little ones, as they need me. Damn, I am certainly grateful to work from home. I don’t know what we would do if I couldn’t? Just makes me extra grateful <3
She already loves unicorns like her mama! Magical she is, and I hope she always believes in magical things!
Elisabetta is 6 weeks old <3
Almost two months! Crazy how the time goes, makes me a little sad, but a little less stressed. Definitely getting easier some days as she is growing! She slept from 9-4 am the other night, AMAZING! I went to bed at 9:30 thinking she would be up sooner, it was epic to get that much sleep! She is starting to smile lots, make little coo noises, and is trying to roll over!
So nice to get out now a little, as she was cleared to go some places. Key is to not take her to crowded places, and just to be smart and safe! We went to SunnyBridge ( my favorite store ) the other day to load up on my favorite ice cream. And, this car seat cover is the best! A new mom must!
Working out is happening, but it’s really hard some days! Obviously I used to be a morning workout warrior, and now I workout when I can fit it in! Some days it’s so hard, as I can’t get both kids to be settled at same time! Afternoon has been the sweet spot, so that’s when I do it! I am doing 21 day fix, first week almost down! I have a challenge group I am running, so it has been great to have that extra support and motivation from my ladies in the group!
Speaking of working out, I love these leggings. Workout motivation they would be, ha!
I have a beautiful friend/sitter that helps me out once a week! She watches Elisabetta so I can have some me time, and get stuff done! I call her the baby whisperer, and Elisabetta loves her! How cute is this pic she snapped and sent me while she was watching her the other day?!
Elisabetta’s nursery is still getting worked on. But, I got these prints from Etsy and love how they turned out! One says her name and the other the date she was born! Slowly coming together!
Having blonde hair is tricky, especially with a newborn now, and roots getting done is hard! But, I love my blonde so much, I am happy I can keep up with it!
Happy Happy Weekend, FRIENDS!
Weekend plans are —> tonight getting lashes filled, Rocco has therapy, and perhaps meeting my sister for a drink. My son needs picked up at work at 11, so I figured we would get a glass of wine at the place he works at, and just wait for him to get off work. Girl chat, which is needed! Mike and I plan on getting some yummy food in on Saturday, and maybe get a movie! Just chill weekend!
See you guys on Monday for MIMM!
