Thank YOU all for the prayers and good vibes! I could say this a million times, and probably will on this journey with pregnancy. But, in my eyes you can never thank people enough, and always appreciate kindness from others. Pay it forward, appreciate it, and put kindness out always.
So, since I can’t meet you all individually to thank you in person or even have time on here, THANK YOU! Love you all!
Yesterday was a good day, WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
Mike and I had that instinct to got to Magee’s Hospital, as we knew they specialized with moms who have high risk pregnancies, pre-mature babies, and more. It is a great women’s hospital, and we just knew we had to go there to meet with a specialist to see if that is where we belonged.
Well, it was and it IS now where I will be going weekly to check on the baby, and be delivering! As soon as we went back to get the US, the girl who did that just gave us good and positive vibes, she was so nice. They went into so much detail and care doing it, and really made us feel good. The specialist then came in after the tech did the scan, and he went over and scanned again. He talked to us in detail about CPAM, he gave us so MUCH HOPE and was SO informative. He made us feel so relieved in ways, as he explained more what was going on with her mass.
Her heart did shift, which is ok as of now, it does happen when the mass is a big size, it shifts the heart. Her heart is functioning great and she is healthy besides the mass. She has two little cysts in the mass, which is GOOD. Some babies have tons of cysts in the mass or big ones, and that is severe. Her mass is still at 1.4, so it hasn’t grown since last week.
This doctor has seen CPAM babies, has treated them, and knew so much. It really makes such a difference, and we walked out of there feeling so positive and hopeful! Of course, a doctor can never predict things, but we know we are in the best place now for our baby. We are just so happy!
Grateful we will have the best care for her throughout the pregnancy and when she is born!
She even pointed at us yesterday, how funny is that?! She was like, “You guys are in the right place!”
It was a long day, and we knew we had to celebrate with some Panera, our little tradition! We went for dinner, as we had to rush home to meet a plumber. We have a new water line being putting in ( fun fun ) and we had to get that all squared away for Wednesday! House stuff is never ending over here! Eeeeeeep.
But, we went to Panera for dinner and little man was in his glory! We also wanted to celebrate that he has his first day of his new school tomorrow! Well, orientation! As I told you guys, he will being going to a school two days a week in the fall, just for autistic kids! It is gong to be GREAT! I feel we are going to see so much more progress with all the therapy he is going to be in with the 3-5 year service!
PB & J is his jam!
Mike got soup and salad combo, and I got my favorite fuj apple chix salad!
We are just so happy to feel better over here, and maybe sleep better now too! Today is going to be a big day for Rocco, so I am off to get him breakfast and ready! It really is a crazy week over here in general, I am already counting to the weekend!
Oh, and LOOK at this new KID!
Rocco got his haircut last night, too! My best friend came over to do it, as it was needed so bad. I wanted him to go really short, as his hair grows so fast! I wanted to cry, as he looks older and time needs to slow down. Rocco cried the whole time, as he HATES his hair cut. I am grateful Cassie can come over and do it, as going out to a salon is a no go.
Ok, off to get my little guy to orientation! Will let you guys know how it is, too!
My meal plan for the day as well, in case you are interested! Been sharing meal plans on my facebook and my @healthydivadynasty instagram page.
Happy Tuesday! Love you all and thank you again!
What is ONE meal you are excited to eat today?
Anyone have back to school shopping to do this week? Anthony starts school end of August, but he doesn’t really need too much! He just wants some new jeans and couple shirts, boys are so easy!
